‘A path is created when you walk it.’
In this sense, not everything went according to plan last year, and some things were completely unplanned – but the bottom line is that it turned out much better than expected. That gives me a lot of encouragement for the second year!
In addition to my personal (further) development over the past twelve months, refining my portfolio was – and continues to be – at the top of my agenda.

What’s new in the portfolio?
- NEW Indian-German cooperation: ‘Connecting people’, now also internationally! I am happy to assist start-ups from Germany and India in entering each other’s markets. As a member of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, I was able to make further interesting contacts and learn about new projects at this year’s India Week.
- NEW ‘One-stop-shop’ project and interim management: My project management now comes as standard with the Hamburg-based tool awork in a complete package – transparent and consistent collection, tracking and control of to-dos with the team – in one place, from day 1.
- Process management: Still a regular part of my projects, now including in-depth IT service process management according to the ITIL®1 standard, including ‘ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management’ certification.
- Knowledge management: Low-threshold documentation and easy updating of knowledge is a constant requirement. In the context of creating and maintaining processes and process maps, I have continued to have good experiences with digital whiteboards such as miro, which I am happy to share – concept paper and further information available on request.
