Definition of requirements and creation of specifications

  • Examination and recommendation of possible tool support in conjunction with or in addition to a process analysis
  • Definition of requirements for process-supporting software incl. creation of specifications
  • Content-related support during the requirements specification phase

Knowledge management

  • Analysis of existing knowledge sources, information flows and media used as well as exchange formats
  • Conception: content, target group(s), knowledge sources, roles and authorisations
  • Examination and recommendation of possible tool support, implementation recommendations; single point of truth
