Definition of requirements and creation of specifications

- Examination and recommendation of possible tool support in conjunction with or in addition to a process analysis
- Definition of requirements for process-supporting software incl. creation of specifications
- Content-related support during the requirements specification phase
Knowledge management

- Analysis of existing knowledge sources, information flows and media used as well as exchange formats
- Conception: content, target group(s), knowledge sources, roles and authorisations
- Examination and recommendation of possible tool support, implementation recommendations; single point of truth
